In order for the goods to be eligible for exchange, please make sure that:
Timeframe: You can request an exchange within 24 hrs. after receiving your order.
Condition of Products: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for an exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any item that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
2. Processing Exchange
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund instead.
3. Exceptions
